Additional Service Fees
The optilyz platform is based on automated processes to minimize error-proneness, so we have minimized manual processes as much as possible.
Every manual intervention costs us both time and human resources, so for the sake of transparency we have listed all extra services for which we charge here.

| Manual intervention in address lists | €90 / address list | We reserve the right to refuse this service if the data is in such an unclean state that it cannot be used even with our intervention. |
| Subsequent data adjustment | €79 / adjustment | This applies if the data is already transferred to the printer, but has not yet been printed. If printing has already started, then additional printing costs will be incurred. |
| Sending Max Mustermann versions of an order | €39 | Standard: 20 pieces |
| Cancellation of a mailing | €179* | This applies if the data is already transferred to the printer but has not yet been printed. If printing has already started, then additional printing costs will be incurred. *These costs are specific for printers in Europe, excluding UK. For international printers, additional costs may apply. |

| Violation of data protection requirements | €200 | If you send us unencrypted address data without notice, e.g. via support@optilyz.com or by e-mail to one of your optilyz contacts, this may have data protection consequences that we must deal with. Please never do this! |
